Miscellaneous Debris:
Superfluous gibbering that mercifully isn't cluttering up anywhere else.
Me:
Youthful male living in Sheffield, England. Have a genuine interest / inspiration in the activities highlighted on this site, but am trying to be open to other life possibilities and make progress with myself and my potential future.
Music:
Life just has to have a soundtrack. Mine consists of (in order) drum'n'bass, techno, hip-hop, ambient, trance, gabber, death metal and industrial. I'm determined that my music tastes should ripen with age rather than mellow, preferably in more esoteric and extreme directions. Also I'm a recent convert to dark ambient, thus:
Personal guide to dark ambient including CD reviews.
Gaming:
I mention this because it's a part of my life and has been a very large part in the past... As well as enjoying playing computer games - mostly sci-fi/fantasy FPS/3PS with the occasional dabble into RTS and RPG - I have run and/or contributed to several gaming websites in the past. If you were into the same things or the same gaming scene you'll probably know them anyway. Otherwise, games I've played are:

Links of choice:
UKClimbing.com - useful climbing site although it does demonstrate the "wide range" of climber's mentalities.
UKBouldering.com - entirely unrelated to UKC - more insular, more focused, more mature. A useful resource with knowledgable regulars.
Juno Records - ridiculously useful dance / electronic music online store. Their sample playlist options are excellent.
Drum'n'Bass Arena - the DnB site. Studio Mix section provides an excellent online soundtrack.
Blues News - probably the best gaming news site, run wisely by Blue and Hudson the wonder dog.
SexyLosers - excellent but sadly discontinued adult comic. Start at the beginning and keep going, sometimes very funny and very dark. [ Not Work Safe ].
Sam and Fuzzy - another comic. A sort of violent and plot-orientated version of Calvin and Hobbes. Start at the beginning again.
